Follow these steps to create a database backup in Sage 300: 1.Click on the Edit button, select the date field and correct it.One or more fields will have the incorrect date. You will see the error again “Invalid Date contents”.Using your mouse, scroll down to the last record (do not drag the scroll bar).Dialog box opens “This query cannot be edited by the Query Wizard”.In the Query Wizard – Finish window, select View data or edit query in Microsoft Query.Click the Next button, and then click Next 2 more times.Highlight the AP_InvoiceHeader and click the icon to add data files to the column on the right.In the Query Wizard – Choose Columns, browse to the AP_InvoiceHeader on the left column.Input Sage 100 ERP user name and password into Database Signon dialog box and click OK In the Choose Data Source dialog box, select SOTAMAS90 and click OK.Select Data, Import Data, From Other Sources, From Microsoft Query (note: on some systems this feature may need to be installed, contact your System Administrator or Microsoft Support for assistance with this).Open a new blank worksheet in Excel (this example was written for Excel 2007, these steps may differ for other versions of Excel). ![]()
